Artist Swati Goel’s abstract works blend in art and instinct

Instinct and art go together. Needless to say, art thrives on one's varied emotions and how they perceive their surroundings. This was the idea behind artist Swati Goel's abstract works that have now taken the shape of a full-fledged art exhibit titled 'Natures Calling' and were recently at display at India International Center. The acrylic on canvas works make you go through a rollercoaster of emotions just with one colour, the press statement noted. "One will be able to find calmness in chaos that’s tangled in our mind and untangle into a more hopeful and optimistic mindset. "The way I think, perceive and interpret is so different and way more artistic than a few years back when I was just trying my hand on abstract art. I conceptualise my thought and do my research based on it. I just go flow with the rhythm of the music playing. The works took shape during the Covid-19 pandemic. "I began paining since I was a child and back again at a time of crisis, covid-19 pandemic. Over these years, I’ve calibrated my worldview based on my own struggles and the inspiration that I draw from my environment.
