On the occasion of the 9th International Yoga Day today, Bollywood celebs joined the rest of India to mark the day. Malaika Arora, Anupam Kher, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Neetu Kapoor, Hansika Motwani and Alaya F are a few celebrities who shared wishes on the International Day of Yoga 2023.
The day was established in December 2014 when following a proposal from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed June 21 as the International Day of Yoga.
Shilpa Shetty practiced yoga poses such as vrikshasana and natrajasana during her vacation. She wrote with the video, “A spark of a smile can spread the fire of happiness around us. But to be able to do so, one needs to be happy within… Make Yoga a part of your lives too, for a healthy mind, body, and soul.
