The film Adipurush, a loose adaptation of the mythological epic Ramayana, has been in the eye of controversy ever since its release on June 16. However, even as the controversy over its dialogues and pedestrian language used by the characters rages on, an AI artist has imagined the leading characters of the film in an alternate universe.
Sahid, an artificial intelligence enthusiast, created a set of images showing the leading stars of the epic in a different light that closely follows what many people perceive them like owing to Ramanand Sagar’s hit TV serial Ramayan that originally aired in 1987.
The series paints lead actors of the film Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan in a different light.

The post impressed netizens who said that he should have been hired for the film’s visual effects.
“Brother, why didn’t you work in Aadipurush, at least my 500 rupees would have been recovered,” a user commented. “Far much better than the ADIPURUSH,” said another. “Adipurush people would have hired you, 600 crores would have been saved,” a person wrote.
While the film managed to get a massive opening on the box office earning Rs 340 crore on its opening weekend, it reportedly crashed on Monday, with collections dropping by a whopping 75 per cent.
The film has been brutally criticised for its dialogues that have been colloquialised and the way the characters look. Many people also took offence to certain dialogues and lambasted the poor visual effects and CGI.
